It was located near the metro in a nice, quiet part of the city. Cleanliness in the room wasnt amazing but the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was OK but nothing amazing.
The hotel is located very close to the Jonio metro station and bus stop, just 5 minutes walking. Room was a bit small with no sunlight in the room. Cleanliness was upto the mark. They do keep the room key whenever you go out of the hotel. There is always someone at the reception so getting the key back when you return is not a problem. I didn’t like the breakfast much as most of it had only cakes and sweets. No savoury items. Staff was friendly, rooms were cool. Although there is no fridge in the room. It was a nice stay.
There were 3 receptionist that we came across. 2 were amazing, very helpful and professional but third one was unprofessional, rude and made our stay really unpleasant and he made us say that we would have to think about staying in this hotel again.
Hello.
I'm starting to thank you for your hospitality.
If you allow me, I would like to make some suggestions.
For the hotel room, you should check if the towels are complete. The first evening I had only one body towel. At breakfast, the staff should be more careful with the noise they make with the dishes. It's not exactly a pleasant atmosphere to continuously hear plates and cups being slammed... I'm sure you understand how to make the stay of tourists pleasant and I think you will fix these problems in the future.
Overall it was acceptable.
Thank you!
Pros: the hotel is close to the Jonio metro station so close to the center of Rome. The staff Gianni and Sergio are helpful and nice. That’s why the 2 stars.
Cons: the hotel is not clean, it desperately needs to be refurbished. We had a problem to charge our phones as the bed board was covering the plugs. We have put our charger in the tv outlet and it caused a short with the charger of my phone destroying it completely. We have told the reception immediately about this situation but they couldn’t bother and the situation remained the same. My husband had to remove the bed board himself. The cleanliness is not appropriate as well. Moreover there is a smell of dampness and mould from the corridor to the room. For the price that we paid I would have expected a better service and a more decent room.
My room and those of my fellow travelers were filthy. I found dirty towels in my room. There was a large cigarette burn on the carpet. One of the other travelers found blood on her pillow and another found a blood stain on her sheets.
The staff are friendly, the location is decent (~20 minutes outside of Rome's city center), but the lack of cleanliness is appalling.
Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast options, clean rooms, loved the balcony in my single!
There is a safe in the room as well if you are needing one.
Worst hotel in Europe, they will steal your money I reserved with a price through Booking and ask me to pay more and I got poison from their garbage breakfast, rooms not clean at all, reception staff are the worst I have ever seen in my life they did not care about you or about the word of mouth, they did not compensate us about spending one day in the hospital because of the expiry food we ate!
